Join Kaiser Permanente and Challenged Athletes Foundation for an inspirational, fun fitness walk through the streets and neighborhoods of La Jolla, CA. This 5k (3.1-mile) adventure is sponsored Kaiser Permanente. Walk is open to all ages!

Now you can make a difference too. The funds you raise will change lives by paying for handcycles, sportschairs, running prosthetics, training and competition expenses for physically challenged athletes.

Registration
Registration is only $20 and includes a CAF t-shirt. You will share the course with some of the most amazing athletes in the world as they compete in the Challenged Athletes San Diego Triathlon Challenge.
Schedule
Check-In: 8:45 am- 9:45am to receive bib number, and t-shirt (note: refreshments available)
Welcome and stretching: 9:30am-9:45am led by challenged athletes
Start Time: 10:00am- 10:15am (family/friend groups depart in waves every 2 minutes)
Shuttle Buses back to start at Kellogg Park: first bus at 11:00am- last bus leaving Ellen Browning Scripps at 2:00pm (departs La Jolla Cove every 30 minutes on the hour).

CAF's mission is clear: give those with the desire to live active, competitive lifestyles every opportunity to compete in the sports they love.

Based on our most recent audited financial statement, more than 80 cents of every dollar raised is used by CAF to support its athletes.
